The circle is spinning the whole time

Strange, if you authenticate perfectly then it should work,

Can you please re-aunthenticate again and let me know,
Either, May be there would be conflict with other Plugins,
Are you using any other CF7 Addons, please confirm..

I tried to install the plugin on my page, but after I got the code and saved the wheel is only spinning since 10 minutes

I tried your solution, but nothing changed. The wheel is simply rotating the whole time. The debug log is empty and on my google page, where I could see which apps are connected to my account your app isn’t listed there. Exists another way to authenticate my account? Is it possible, that the are caused because I used checkboxes and drop-down menus in my form?

We have released a new version. Is your issue solved ? If not can you deactivate and uninstall the plugin and again install and authenticate with your google account ?

Even let us know what other CF7 addons you are using along with our plugin.

I tried the new version, nothing changed. I also tried to reinstall the whole Contact Form 7 plugin and your sheets connector, because the contact form plugin was preinstalled in the theme. Nothing changed. Now I try a new account on google, but the wheel keeps spinning.

Is it right that the debug log is empty, when the wheel is spinning or should something written in the log?

I have setup demo on our testing server for this plugin, can you send me your email to send you access for demo site, check once on demo and lets see what happens, as i am authorized and it works well for me, just try yours..!!

I tried your demo setup and everything worked. Should I gave you a login access to my WordPress system via mail?

I’ve found the failure and now everything works. I updated the php version to the newest stable one. But the debug log is still empty, but the data are correctly shown in the google sheet.

Now everything works fine.
