Blank white box after commenting

    I did nothing new in my wordpress panel since long time and yesterday somebody told me that she is unable to comment on my post. A blank white box apears after commenting. I replaced the original blog comments box with a facebook comments box and it still doesn’t work.

    Somebody know why? Thank you very much!

    Did you get it fixed?

    If not, try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. If your host provider has a “Purge Varnish” option or if you can ask your provider to flush memcache on your server. If you are using SiteLock, manage your caching there.

    It is working only on pc/ laptop.
    With a mobile device on my latest post, it shows the blog comment box not the facebook one and after commenting a blank white box..

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

    therefore, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/oria so the plugin’s or theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
