Search All Fields in Member Directories?

I’m using member directories and want users to be able to search using one search bar for all the possible fields. Having a separate search engine for each field seems like overkill, plus looks terrible on the page. Is this possible? I haven’t found a single mention of this in my research for a solution. Any help on solutions or suggestions for 3rd party plugins would be appreciated!
