    Hi,

I use the “Insert PHP Code Snippet” plugin and create some shortcodes in certain pages with it. Everything worked just find until one of the last updates around Dec. 2016 I have to problem.

The generated shortcodes are not rendered into actual tabs or buttons, however, the shortcodes are just displayed as text on the actual page. If I copy that text into the editing window of the page, the actual page, buttons and tabs work fine.

Btw… the php snipptes in the footer and sidebars still work fine. The theme hasn’t been updated so far.

Anyone knows what has changed in WP that causes the phenomenon?

One more comment, tabels and other elements without shortcodes generated with php snippets do work fine!

Which plugin are you using for this? The best place to ask is in their support sub-fora, which is linked to each plugin’s page.

I use the “PHP Snippets” plugin and have also tried the “Insert PHP Code Snippet” plugin. Both same result.

The developers and users of thiat plugin would be the best people to ask. You can reach them here:

I will contact them too, but I think it might is caused by a change in WP in general.

Could be, but if it breaks their plugin, they’re most likely to know about it.
