Interactive requirements gathering plug-in

    Hi, can anyone help me? I am reasonably experienced with WP but I need help on this one. My client, a rubbish clearance company wants me to create and/or install an interactive enquiry system on their website so that their clients are able to submit their choices via a fun and intuitive interactive process. Like a form, but more visual and user-friendly. Here is an example of what they would like: https://www.anyjunk.co.uk/ If you put in a post code and press ‘Check Prices and Book’, you’ll see how it works. I am hoping there may be a plugin that allows me to build this sort of thing fairly easily. Can anyone suggest anything? Or, if not, an online app that can be wired in or linked to? Failing this, can anyone suggest what technical terminology I should be using to search for this? Thanks in advance!!!
