3 Small issues to address

Dear Sirs,

I am loving the plugin you have created, it is exactly what I wanted for my site. I do however have three issue that I just need some help with.

1. I have removed the cover image as it is not required, but when I try and update the profile photo which is now centered, the image has a gray overlay and the camera icon still on it. Is this how it is meant to appear? No amount of saving and refreshing removes the overlay and icon.

2. I want to add the Country to the default profile form. It appears on the profile form on my profile page, and I can use the dropdown to choose the country but when I click on Update Profile, the country doesn’t save.

3. I want to add an image upload to the profile form but when I choose “image upload” from the Field Manager and then enter the title, meta-key and label, I am unable to save it and the field does not appear in the profile form.

I am guessing I have made a simple error, but if anybody can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
