excluding commenter from akismet filter?

I have a frequent commenter (employee) whose posts sometimes get tagged as Spam by akismet because of the number of links she includes. It screws things up quite a bit when her posts disappear into the spam filter. Is there some way to exclude a user name or email address from akismet so the plugin will give her a free pass?
