Flexible Start Time & Durations

So, this is a great plugin for reservation processes.

I have a need to setup a reservation system for facilities (ie: Conference Rooms).
I’ve substituted the following entities:
– LOCATION=BUILDING. I setup only a single LOCATION & hid it from the Reservations page.
– SERVICES=Reservation Duration (setup a 4 hour & 6 hour Service)
– WORKERS=Rooms (I setup separate entry for each room)
– Connections ae setup for each Service & Worker Combination with available hours 8am-8pm.

For the most part it works well for fixed-blocks of time (ie: 4 or 6 hours).
What user choices are: 8-12, 12-4, 4-8(for 4 hours) or 8-2, 2-8 (for 6 hours).

But, what if User wants to reserve 4 hours starting at 9am?

So, generally is there a way to allow a user to make a more flexible request, and block out only that duration (ex: 3 hours staring at 10am) from being reserved by anyone else.
