multiple roles after synchronized ?

Hi,

there is introduction in Multisite User Sync:

If Role change in one site it will also synchronize to all site. If new user/site created it will also add to all site/users.

My question is whether it support custom users role? For example, I clone user role A for all of users in site A, and user role B for site B, what is result of synchronized？ Will All of users in Site A and B have the capabilities both Role A and Role B? whether the result will be multiple roles for a specific user?
