Confine system messages to dashboard

Is there any way to confine non-post specific messages (or page or template as applies) to the dashboard? I have messages that rightly appear on the dashboard such as recommendations to clear cache, that the login page has been changed to a non-standard place, that plugin editing has not been disabled, etc. that also appear on the post edit page. The problem with this is that they eat up the screen space leaving very little room to actually write and edit a post. Is there somewhere to confine these types of message to admin on the dashboard?

In terms of what plugins are making indelible messages (even after your fine plugin intaj) are the W3 cache plugin and the a2 optimized plugin. Both messages now show up in intaj’s “notification area”, and on the post edit page – see the screen grab below.

I’m fairly certain those messages are probably the result of changes you’ve made with the A2 Optimized WP plugin, or as a result of additional features that might have been installed by those changes. Some of those features and behaviors may not perform as expected if you aren’t actually hosted on A2 servers.

“These one-click optimizations are only available while hosted at A2 Hosting.”
