Custom User Role is considered “Support Team Member”

Ive got a custom User Role i created for site members and ive added the needed capabilities to the role so they can submit and edit their tickets but i get the following message when going to the submit ticket page.
Sorry, support team members cannot submit tickets from here. If you need to open a ticket, please go to your admin panel or click here to open a new ticket.
Basically it thinks my premium member user role is a support team member which is not the case.
