You did not mention where this feature to be. I’m guessing in Knowledgebase.

Seems not possible in Current scenario.
But we will think about it, whether there can be a way to provide such feature.

Created a feature request on your behalf:

    Thank you!

    Yes, I meant Knowledgebase categories.

By the way, the format is completely changed after I submitted the post. Will attach a screenshot soon to better understand.

    Mayeenul Islam ,

Here is the category tree in rough that I am talking about: https://ge.tt/6ScG06j2 (please scroll down the check the image)

Also, may I suggest the style of WP Knowledgebase theme? That abandoned theme was the most advanced theme that I ever found and even paid themes don’t offer such features.

Don’t worry, I got it right. You can check the github issue:
    https://github.com/nanodesigns/nanosupport/issues/30

For a plugin it’s not much easy to pose a design that matches all/most of the themes – it’s possible when we can go for a theme. BTW it’s possible.

Currently we’re focusing on the Support Ticketing system and all the necessary things to ensure a good ticketing system. So we’re not actively working on Knowledgebase. But for sure, it’s a good suggestion, and we took it. ??
