$my_terms = get_the_terms( $post->ID, 'APP_TAX_CAT' );
if( $my_terms && !is_wp_error( $my_terms ) ) {
    foreach( $my_terms as $term ) {
        echo $term->slug;
    }
}

yes it is. I am closer, with
<?php echo appthemes_get_custom_taxonomy($post->ID, APP_TAX_CAT, 'slug'); ?>
I can get the complete url like “https://mydomain.com/categorie/test”, I just need the slug “test”, still lost….

still need help with this ??
