    Hello,

We are using SNAP Pro version. Lately we have noticed that scheduled posts do not go to Twitter feed. There is no problem with Facebook. Is there a way to diagnose this problem? I think this started after the last update. I think you guys should test new versions more thoroughly before releasing them, makes us hesitant to update as some problem occurs with every update. All updates circle around “minor bug fixes” and this “MailChimp” whatever, anyway, nothing of note really.

It did go to Facebook and not to Twitter once again.

Is this everything you have in the log? Did you get any errors when you published the post?

Have you checked the answer in the FAQ – #1.12:

There is nothing else in the log regarding this post. There are no errors. Like I said there was no issue like this before the update. There is no problem with Facebook, only Twitter. I regret updating this plugin. I should have kept it as it is while it was working.

Yes, content filters are fine. In fact one of the Twitter accounts do not have content filters set and it doesn’t post to Twitter either. This is an update issue, not something on our end.
