Reviews for a business/URL

Hi

I am trying to use this plugin for Reviews for a business (service) not for products. I have tried several different plugins but can’t seem to find one that’s just right. As you seem to be better with support (I have posted in this forum two times already) than others I would like to stick with this one although you seem to have less settings available I can use.

I am not sure if I have set it up right or even if this plugin is suitable for what I want.

I have set it up like this:

Enable Reviews for:
Pages

Show Reviews on:
Pages

I have made a page called Reviews and under screen options have ticked Reviews.

I have added some reviews and that seems to work although I would like to make the Your Rating field a required field, how could I do this?

I found some code on this forum for adding the stars to the frontpage and added the shortcode [average_rating] to a widget in the footer. And although the stars appear on all pages they are only filled in on the Review page.

So I am not sure, is this reviewing the business or just the page?

When I check the structured data I get the following error, which I think means it is reviewing nothing:

The review has no reviewed item specified.

I would like the ratings to show on google but I am worried they will only show up for the Review page and not the the URL or home page.

Can you advise if you think this plugin is suitable for what I want and/or tell me how to fix the problems.

PS sorry one more thing I would like the newest ratings at the top. At the moment they are at the bottom.
