This is a completely new install of the latest (as of this post, 2.6) version of WordPress.

IIS v6.0 Server on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server, Service Pack 2.
PHP 5.2.6, configured to use FastCGI.
    MySql Extension.

Database has been created, but has no tables.

There are three insert errors, the values are “cron”, “random_seed” and “auth_alt”, all inserts against the xx_options table.

“WordPress database error Table ‘pb.pb_options’ doesn’t exist for query INSERT INTO pb_options…”
