Ok, so I am new to Caldera forms and have been playing around with a request for information form.

Basically I want to have a redirect to another page or option for the user to view/download a file based once the submit button is clicked and conditional logic of options set in the form. We have two seperate locations that we are asking the user to select from and depending on the selection (via a toggle) I would like them to go to 1 of 2 pages and or files for download.

I am using DIVI and have the overlay plugin which would be great to activate on submit with the data I want the user to view.

    Any help would be fantastic

    Hi Gary24,

First of all, welcome to Caldera Forms! I’m glad you’ve decided to try us out.

What you’re trying to accomplish can easily be done with Caldera Forms using the Redirect processor. To use this, go to the “Processors” tab in the form editor (under the logo). From there, you can select Redirect processor.

On the first page, you can set the URL you want the form to go to. Then, you’ll want to use conditionals to link your toggle to your correct Redirect processor.

So, for example, you’ll want to set URL 1 to Conditional “Use if [toggle condition 1]” (or “Don’t use if [toggle condition 2]”) and URL 2 to Conditional “Use if [toggle condition 2]” etc.

    Hope this helps!

I setup a very similar function, however, each time it redirects it fails. I noticed in the link that it ads a ?cf_id string to the end causing the link to fail. I don’t have any settings turned on for that to be passing anything through with the url. I checked to be sure any settings that would do this were turned off.
