    I have Jetpack installed on four sites, utilizing twelve of the services. I’ve used Jetpack for three years and not had a reason to use the support team. Until now: the Jetpack Publicize app was sending my posts to Google+, where they were not posting as visible to the public, only to me.

    I contacted Jetpack support and found that the cause of this existential problem (the writer writes articles that he posts to a public forum that only he can read) was on Google’s end. Nonetheless, the Jetpack support person held my hand through a series of emails and assisted me in correcting the situation.

    So, to JH, “Bravo and thank you!”
