pre sales question

Hi, we’re looking for a reservation system that can accomplish the following for a single lodging.

We need 6 price structures.
– Summer Weekday
– Summer Weekend
– Summer Holiday
– Winter Weekday
– Winter Weekend
– Winter Holiday
And reservations that cross these time periods.

Then, a standard percentage across the board for all price structures for schools that the user will select.

Then, we need a Tax Exempt form to NOT charge tax for non-profits with a field to upload tax exempt form. This also implies that we’re charging tax for everyone else.

Going over 14 people would also add $10/person per night.

Is this something that this can do?
