Subscriptions for new customers

    can new customers purchase subscription products if they are not logged in and are not connected to stripe already?

    When there is no connected plan the subscription can’t be added to the basket so new customers can’t purchase the subscription.

    There is the option to allow un-registered users to:

    • only view subscription products,
    • view and purchase subscription products,
    • not view or purchase subscription products.

    The Wsspg Subscription Product is not purchasable if it does not have a valid Stripe Plan ID.
