i can’t import my w-press.com xml to my self made w-press

    i’m getting this error, (i’m using 000webhost.com for hosting) what should i do?

    Sorry, there has been an error.

    Unable to create directory /home/a2802405/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2008/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    nevermind, i figured it out.

    had to change wp_content folder permissions to 777

    im having the same problem, I changed permissions to 777 and its still not working. have any other ideas?

    well i typed in 777 and that didnt work so i clicked the check box’s for write permissions… that worked

    NEVERMIND!
