Can’t add products

What do you mean by the product shortcode? The product_name attribute in the ultimate-reviews shortcode?

And when you say the product box is greyed out, do you mean in the “Products List” option in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab (i.e. as in the screenshot below)?

Hello, I also have the same problem. I cannot figure out how to add product to the Product List as your image show. I can’t type anything into that Product Name box.
BTW, I tested it on localhost.

I also have some suggestions, would you please consider adding these features?

1, in the Review Field Options, I find it impossible to edit the In-Depth Review Fields that I added, to change the setting , I have to delete the old field and then add a new one, would you please make the fields editable?

2, would you please add a field to allow guest to upload more than one image?

3, adding a feature to allow guest to upload video files, but not just leave a link to a video file.

4, is it possible to display something like the Best Rated Products, Most Reviewed Products

Hi Wow,

Did you try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default WordPress theme?

Issues like this are usually caused by a conflict (e.g. JavaScript). If you check the developer console while on our reviews plugin options page, does it show any errors?

1. The fields are already editable. You can change all field values except the type field. If you need to change the type of field it is, then you’d have to delete and add a new one.

2. Thank you for the suggestion. If implemented, this would likely be done via a custom field in the “Fields” tab. We’ll look into the possibility of adding something like this in the future.

3. Thank you for the suggestion. However, this isn’t something that is likely to be implemented for various reasons, including bandwidth, upload size and the fact that having multiple large video files that are hosted on your server and displayed all on the same page could really slow down your load times.

4. We already offer widgets for Popular Reviews, Recent Reviews and Selected Reviews.

I update my Firefox to version 52.0, and it works now. I previously used the Firefox 50.1.0.
So, could these be caused by the browser?

We do testing in all the major browsers and didn’t notice this in Firefox.
