    I am trying to change the property sizes from square feet to meters as I am in Europe. I have managed to swap them in the property details section but not under the image on the listing. I see someone in a previous thread had the same problem (link below) but there is no solution other than “edit the shortcake file”

    Please help, what code do I need to change in the short code file?

    I’m sorry for the delayed response to this. Can you provide a screen shot of the issue?

    Hi, when I first sent the message the problem was that the fields in the details area were changed to square metres whereas the field below the image remained as sq ft, as can be seen below. When adding new properties the field below the image is blank.

    However now I seem to have a new problem as when I now look at the properties, the fields below the image are still sq ft and the fields in the details section have disappeared altogether??? As can be seen below;

    Ok, worked out why the fields in the details section had disappeared, it was nothing to do with shortcake. For some reason the entries had disappeared from the listings on the plugin?

    Anyway my main problem still exists as in the the screenshot below, the fields in the details area were changed to square metres whereas the field below the image remained as sq ft.

    To change this, you will need to modify the included single-listing.php template file. Copy the file from the plugin’s /includes/views/ folder into your theme or child theme folder. Once you’ve copied to your theme, edit the file and locate the text Sq Ft and change to m2 and save. By copying the template file to your theme it will not be overwritten in future plugin updates.

    Hi, thank you for the help but unfortunately my knowledge is not that in depth. I can’t find the single-listing.php template or the plugin’s /includes/views/ folder? Is there any chance you could give me a bit more of an “idiots” explanation?
