Good theme but doesn’t deserve 5 stars

So i have been using this theme for a moment after getting a place to host my wordpress website and i have to say that the coding is a bit horrible to go through, the “support” page is fairly incomplete and lacking of a lot of informations. The issue with the top level item of a menu not being clickable is an example of many others that i faced and that i am facing. And even though i have to admit that the support was fairly active at the beginning, now it seems that they don’t care anymore and instead of putting a FAQ somewhere i heard that they are asking for people to get programmers to resolve problems that i had resolved myself with absolutely no experience on CSS/HTML whatsoever.
I really hoped for the best while getting this theme and didn’t get something as good as i was expecting but it is still a pretty good theme. I would give it 3 to 4 stars.

EDIT : I should add that there are a lot of issues on the mobile version, sometimes pages getting out of the screen, and the read button not being press-able until you fix it yourself (issue with the z index) that has been probably out for ages but that they didn’t fix ??
