Cant release User lockdown
-
Using latest iTSec.
I have a very strange problem since many months, now it becomes too annoying to still live with it.
The Lockdown for IP adresses is working fine. It is shown, on the right column, so that I can release the lockdown by hand if I wish. I use a rather long lockdown with 120m.
But when a Userid, not an IP, goes into lockdown. It is *NOT* shown in the active lockdown list. But still the users *are* in lockdown, the protocol shows the lockdown and shows the time correctly (+120m) for release. The users cant login, so it is obviously working.
But I CANT SEE THE LOCKDOWN TO RELEASE IT. Again, just for Userids, for IPs everything is fine and the lockdown is shown in the sidepanel to the right.
I even took a look into the database table but cant find a lockdown for the userid, but it is there and is shown in the protocol.
I tried to find something in the documentation, but couldnt find anything specific to userids (not IPs).
Question:
What is happening here? Again, this status exists for quit some time (at least months), I cant remember exactly when.
Where in the database are the Userid-Lockdowns stored, at least I could help myself then and delete them if necessary.
Setting the timeframe down to 15m is no option, the character of the attacks needs a 1-2hour cooldown time.
So what is going here?
Thanks in advance!
