  • Hello, when I try to select a quantity for the gift card it says the following error: This gift card does not have a valid amount

    that could be happening?

    It’s possible that some plugin or the theme is in conflict with the plugin.

    What theme are you using? Could you try to change it to a default WordPress theme and check if it’s solved?
