Textarea is Black

    The textarea field shows up black with dull white small font. Nearly unusable. How can this be modified? The shortcode is [contact-form-7 id=”78″ title=”Contact form 1″]

    Try switching to the default theme.

    Do you mean the Twenty Fifteen theme of WordPress? It’s so different that the contact form doesn’t even show up. So, not sure what you mean. Do you mean a different contact form? PlLease explain.

    I found the solution myself. The color of the fields is not determined by by the Contact-7 plug-in. Ir’s determined by Appearance>Theme Options>Basic Settings. Ner the bottom are the color choices for the Contact input fields.
