custom css not working

  • Trying to add css to additional css and no changes occur on the site. I’ve cleared the cache as well as tried other browsers, not sure what else I can do.

  • Are you sure you’re targeting classes that exist within your theme? Could you give an example of the code being used and where you’re adding it in as well as the code it is targeting?

    Is the site live somewhere?

    I went to customize, scrolled down to additional css, and added it there. Sorry I’m new to this, please let me know if I’m doing it incorrectly.
    Here is the code I added:

    #masthead, #masthead a {
    background-color:
    #2AC4D0;
    color: #2AC4D0;
    }

    website name please?
