Yes, you can simply set ‘Cash on delivery’ option and process orders manually as you described.

Thank you for the answer. Do you know if is possible to edit the “Cash on delivery” and write “Pay by invoice”? Then I want to ask why the clients dont get an email with the order receipt? And one more question. I create some categories and subcategories to them but the subgateries dont appear on the site and their items appear in the categories like the subcategories dont exist despite they are made. How to make the subcategories appear too and the items to be inside them? I want to use this plugin with all the addons for my catering business thats why I need to resolve these things. this is my site : https://tasteofgreece.co/

1. The option “Cash on delivery” can be seen at beck-end so your visitors can not see that. You’ll need to modify plugin files to edit that option name. You’ll loose the changes after plugin update.

2. I would recommend to set up SMTP at your WordPress. There are a lot of plugins here that will help you to configure SMTP easily.

3. You can see sub-categories in List view only. Please edit the shortcode to list view to see subcategories.

1. We have reviewed your request and we’ll add the ability to change “Cash on delivery” label with the next plugin update.

2. Also I’d like to add that email is sent to your client only after order status is changed (from Pending to Complete). In case of “Cash on delivery” method you will need to set Complete status manually and email will be sent after that. We’ll think about adding notification email for your clients to receive right after the order. Thank you.

That would be great because this is the most useful plugin for catering businesses. Another thing you could add is the order notes to be sent too in the email to the admin especially. Thank you for your help
