Problem after Updating

    When I updated to 2.1.3 the following text appeared at the head of each page bearing ads

    Warning: mb_stripos(): Empty delimiter in /homepages/32/d615328826/htdocs/clickandbuilds/myprimaryclassroom/wp-content/plugins/ad-inserter/class.php on line 1772

    Running WP 4.7.3
    Theme Twenty Sixteen

    I restored to previous version and issue disappeared
    Can you help

    I have checked that it is not the version of php that I am using – tried V 5.6 V7.0 and V7.1 still have the same problem

    Have restored to previous version

    Please advise how to proceed
