How to add the info from the user profile into a dynamic “author” box

Hello and thank you for your time.

I have created a profile form. For the sake of the example call it [ultimatemember form_id=1232]

In this form, I have three or four fields plus the user’s avatar.

So, when the user goes to the “users” page, they will be able to edit these fields.

Everything works great so far.

I want to use these fields and their values to create a dynamic author box.

How do I display the profile form for each user on the posts they author?

For example, if the user “Mike” posts a post, I’d like his profile to be attached somewhere on it, and if “Nancy” posts a post, I’d like the author box to show her UM profile details.

ideally just like they are displayed in the “User” page
