qTranslate-X support and German law fix
-
Hi,
I write my blog in English and German and in Germany you can get a lot of problems if you didn’t show the sources correctly. In the case of an edited image, which has the Creative Common licence you have to write the authors name (would be good to link to his profile if clicking at his name), the licence type e.g. CC-BY, which must be linked to the correct licence text (oh German advocates love it if you miss this one) and you have to show the information if you have edited the image.
The other problem is the language. I don’t know if I am correct, but I think in Germany you have to write the information in German. So if you already wrote the image source text in English, you have to change it to German, but then all English people can’t read the information. A qTranslate-X support would be nice where you can define the image source text in several languages.
But I think the first suggestion for the German law fix would be urgent.
Regards
