You mean you want to manually send a newsletter? That’s easy, you just need to create a default newsletter and manually include all the content you want and send it right away.

Not exactly manually. I want to use auto newsletter, but i want to have availability to send auto newsletter manually in some times. With compatibility of auto functionality also.

A cron job is only useful to make sure your newsletter queue is always working on time. I’m afraid we don’t have a trigger to send an automatic newsletter when you want.
