Good free unobtrusive cookie policy bar

Pros:
– Having a small free plugin allowing for compliance it’s a great option! Thanks for the free plugin!
– Works as intended and is the least intrusive if you are not a fan of massive animated lightbox style overlays

Cons:
– States it’s polylang-compatible while there is no multi-language option in the configuration UI (shaved one star because of that)
– CSS is being cached once activating the plugin. Any modification to the CSS file won’t be reflect on the site until after Deactivation/Re-activation of the plugin. Process to find that out was extremely frustrating
– There are no layout options, would be a good idea to allow a few minor customization like bar placement, button size and placement, bar color and transparency
