    Hello,

The plugin has been great until recently, when it stopped working on mobile.

All I see when I click on an image is a black screen, and hitting the ‘close’ X icon won’t close it to bring me back to the page/post.

The only way to get out of it is to hit the back button on the browser or close the entire tab. This makes for really poor functionality and user experience!

    Here’s a link to the site: https://www.formtrends.com

Is anyone else having this issue?

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Hi @ericgallina,
many thanks for posting your issue here.

I had a look at your website (let’s take this article as example), using a PC and a smartphone (iPhone 6s).

In both situations, I found the following Javascript error in the browser console:

    (index):31 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier

But visiting the page using the iPhone and after clicking the image link, the errors increases:

    5ff3473….js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: cbStickySB is not defined(anonymous function) @ 5ff3473….js:1n.event.dispatch @ 83c3f77….js:1r.handle @ 83c3f77….js:1
5ff3473….js:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: cbStickySB is not defined

    What is cbStickySB?
It looks like there are some issues with this piece of code, only on smartphone.

    I found this thread:

    Are you using this plugin?

    Please let me know,
    Leonardo

    Hi Leonardo,

    Thank you for your reply!

No, I am not using the Ajax Upload for Gravity Forms plugin.

I have done a quick search through some plugins on the site and cannot find the cbStickySB code anywhere. I thought it might be in the theme (it has a sticky sidebar feature) but I can’t find it.

Could you help me find and delete this code to see if it fixes the issue?

    Thanks again,
    Eric

    Hi Leonardo,

Yes, I reverted to an older version of the theme I’m using and got it working again.

I still don’t know what the problem was. You never wrote me back so I had no opportunity to troubleshoot.

    Regards,
    Eric
