I knew that I’d need to give the plugin some time to start collecting stats, so I gave it overnight and it’s not showing anything. The site is using PHP7 (which according to other support questions is working fine).

What settings should I use so it’ll start showing some statistics after 1 hour of collecting data? And does the collection of data reset the clock when I update the settings? Our site gets enough traffic in a few hours for it to collect enough data so I can see that it is working. I’ll set the interval longer once it starts showing data.

Note. I did see that it will show counts on pages and posts, but I turned that off. Is that needed to collect data? Thanks.

    what’s your site url?

The plugin collects stats from page load.

It’s https://nouveauraw.com. We also use W3 Total Cache. I did see visits when I had the box checked in the settings.

It started collecting stats finally. I switched Tracker Type to Query variable based. Also, we are using a CDN with W3 Total Cache and I checked some of the js files from Top 10 were returning a 403 error. Once I purged those files from the CDN they loaded properly.

Thanks for letting me know. I might actually convert query variable as the default for new installations

    Hello,
I’ve let it be for a couple of days as well but it still has no posts to be displayed. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Have you tried changing this to Query Variable format?
