lost wysiwyg toolbar buttons

    My TinyMCE buttons are not there any more since upgrading to 2.6.3 I have not got a clue why, I have tried uploading all the files on TinyMCE again and that has not helped, I have also tried using advanced TinyMCE plugin that made no difference all I can assume is that there are some files outside of the TinyMCE folder that could influence it any sugestions appriciated.

    I have managed to solve the issue with 2.6.3.

    I checked all file permissions 755 folders 644 files
    I deleted wp-includes and wp-admin
    I reloaded from a new download of 2.6.3 did not use one I already had.
    cleared all cache on pc.

    Done and working fine.
