Add New User Issues

    I can’t add a user via the dashboard. I input all of the info and then hit add user. Nothing is added and the info is cleared. Any idea what is causing this issue?

    Hi Skime,

    That sounds like a conflict (i.e. with another plugin or the theme). Are there any errors that show in the developer console either before and/or after you try to add the user?

    You can try disabling all other plugins and then creating another user. Any difference? If not, try also switching to the default WordPress theme.
