Don’t know if the feature “Layout fixes

Don’t know if the feature “Layout fixes” will work with my theme. The free version does not work with my theme because my theme does not support to show the variation at the single product image when a variation is chosen. If I buy the SVI Pro, will it work for my theme if I use the layout fixes?
