When clicking the button, nothing happens. I’ve tried with different browsers, even.

If you look in the javascript console, do you see any errors? (Press F12 on most browsers to open the developer tools.)

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

I can’t really disable plugins since client’s site needs to be functioning while I’m working on it.

No, but I found the f***er. ?? It was WordFence which I temporarily disabled.
