Massive Amounts of Spam Registrations

I’m getting hammered with a massive amount of spam registrations. Is it safe to automatically ban any IP that accesses /wp-login.php?action=register or will that interfere with WooCommerce? I don’t have a blog and the only reason for registrations is for repeat customers, and they must register on their first order as I do not have registrations open to all.

Thanks for any help in this matter. I use premium WordFence, so I can block when they access the WordPress registration URL easily.
