Custom post types

I created a custom post type and would like to display an ad in the sidebar widget for that custom post type. I can display the widget on standard posts no problem but am unable to do so for the custom post type because the “Ad Inserter exceptions” metabox is not enabled for that custom post type.

Post exceptions work only for content part on posts/pages (hooks inside main loop).

If you need to insert widget only on certain pages you need to whitelist url(s).

In your case you need to disable exceptions (enabled on All posts) and white-list url for block 3:
