500 Internal Server Error – can’t access install.php?

I am using GoDaddy hosting that meets all the requirements listed in the wordpress installation guide, but I get a 500 error every time I try to access my install.php. I’ve gone through line by line, file by file and there’s not a single one missing from the server. Any idea what could be causing this?
