Do you still have the original .zip file you downloaded? If so, you can just unzip the file again to a folder in your computer and access the default theme in the wordpress\wp-content\themes\default folder.

If you don’t have a copy of the .zip file, you can find a copy to download at https://www.ads-software.com/download/release-archive/
