Please Bring Back the Developers Tab!

There no longer seems to be a Developers tab in the new plugins directory, making it much more difficult to find and download previous versions of a plugin when that’s necessary for rolling back to a previous, working version.

Please either bring back the Developer’s tab or otherwise provide links to download previous versions of a plugin.
