(Un)subscribe link for all groups

Hello,
if a user unsubscribe or confirm subscription for group A, then it does also for group B.
How to prevent this ? (I have a public group with all users, and onther one private where I import manually some users of public group) : I don’t want that if a user unsubscribe for public group that he also unsubscribe automatically for private group.
