My buyers can’t pay with PayPal in PayPal gateway

I use a free version of plugin YITH WooCommerce Subscription.
And some of my buyers are complaining that they can’t use recurring payment with PayPal, the gateway requests them to pay only via credit card.
By analysing the issue, I realise that only one plugin on my site is related to recurring payment and it’s YITH WooCommerce Subscription.
I registered on your site, but it seems I can only ask questions if I bought something from you. So I’m asking here what can be an issue and how to fix it.
