Menu Tab Wrong Colour

Hello. I am having an issue with my domain site. On my site when it’s visited on a cell phone, the ‘Menu’ click on is not in red like it is supposed to be and it is very hard to see because of that. It goes red when it is clicked on for the first time. But that will be an issue for new visitors to site if they don’t see it the first time so that they could navigate around the site. It says ‘Menu’ right above ‘Site Under Construction’ in the black box at the very bottom. It is in grey right now when you first go to site. And then it goes red once you click on it for the first time…. strange. I really need that changed so that it is in red right from the start. Could you help me out with that?
