permalink issue with new or existing forms

  • Hi,
    I can’t navigate to my forms permalinks anymore. Its been working for over a year, and now all my give form links just navigate to my home page. If i create a new form, same thing. My Form Single View Give setting is and has been enabled. Has anything changed with updates that could have broken the links?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Joe,

    Try this:

    1) Go to “Donations > Settings > Display Options” and DISABLE the Single Give Form and hit save
    2) Then Enable it again and hit save
    3) Then go to “Settings > Permalinks” and hit save without changing anything.
