Action after unsuccessful registration

Is there a way to display a custom message or direct to a page when a new user fills out an Ultimate Member form UNsuccessfully?
If I deliberately fill out a field incorrectly (like maybe I don’t even answer a “required” field), I can still hit submit and the form refreshes, which may seem like it submitted successfully to the casual registrant. There is no indication to them that it was unsuccessful and that they need to fix a field or fill out the form again.
We have been getting a handful of people reporting that they signed up and are waiting for the confirmation email. However, in the list of users in WordPress, they aren’t there, so to me it seems like the form was not submitted correctly. I’ve been through the UM settings over and over — am I missing it?
